Align With Soul

Your Soul is that part of you that never dies. It holds your memories, your lessons, your karma from many lifetimes. Within it holds the light that connects to the universal light of all that exists in you, me and all that is life and not life. Connecting to this light is the ultimate human experience. It is joy, it is ecstasy, it is freedom, some people call it God. Yes you can have that experience in this lifetime and it is extraordinary and life changing and also hard to hold onto in this crazy world. SERVICES

Acupressure Bodywork - 1.5 hour session

Mari offers a very gentle form of acupressure that uses the energy meridian model to release emotional and muscular tension. Chronic body mechanic problems such as frozen shoulders, carpal tunnel, stiff necks, and arthritic joints can often find relief through acupressure treatments. Gentle acupressure allows for a deeply relaxed state from which the unconscious can emerge to help assist in emotional relief and help calm erratic thinking. Patterns of tension and muscular armoring are a result of both negative thinking and physical trauma to the body. Clients remain fully clothed for this treatment.


Ayurvedic Consult - 1.5 hour session

Ayurveda is the art of traditional medicine from India. The practice of Yoga is a branch within this tree of medicine. The Ayurveda approach to health is to first recognize your original blueprint or what your inborn unique qualities are. Using the Dosha model of Ayurveda we can determine how your blueprint has been affected by the environment and by your diet and lifestyle. Ayurveda seeks to offer a balanced solution within the choices of food and patterns of activities you choose to do.


Supported Journey

Plant medicine can open our awareness and understanding beyond what our ordinary thinking mind can comprehend. We can unstick our long-standing belief patterns about who we are and how we got here. We can find a path to free ourselves from the mud of our regrets, guilt and supposed obligations. Having a support person available to guide you can be essential in this process. Feeling safe is paramount in this journey to self-realization.


Mari Clements, MS, RD, D.Ay.

Mari has been an on-going acupressure therapist and student of holistic medicine/nutrition for over 45 years. Since moving out west she has immersed herself in nature-based practices including Shamanism and plant medicine. As a practitioner of INTEGRATION, Mari blends her experience and knowledge, to help initiate all kinds of healing into her practice. As a long-time student of plant medicine, it has enhanced her awareness of the extraordinary abilities we have to heal ourselves and bring about a greater awareness of who we truly are.

Her mundane education includes a BS in Dietetics to become a Dietitian and an MS in Health Education. She also attained a diploma and additional certification in Ayurvedic medicine and trained as a Life Coach. Before moving out west Mari owned a wellness center in Pennsylvania, worked as co-director of wellness at Swarthmore College and was the senior dietitian at a Nutrition Center for a large hospital system. She also lectured at medical schools in Philadelphia on holistic medicine practices and she has been published in several books on these subjects. She also provided the required Ayurvedic education for Yoga teacher trainings. Mari is now essentially retired and enjoying the open expanses of Santa Fe, NM and the mountains and streams of Boulder, Colorado.
